Vodka Martini With Buttermilk Blue Stuffed Olives
This terrific martini is easy to prepare, and is guaranteed to impress guests. If you’ve ever purchased blue cheese-stuffed olives only to be disappointed in the quality, here’s your opportunity to make them with the finest blue cheese. The recipe is from Chef/Owner David Burke, of Fromagerie restaurant in Rumson, New Jersey.
About Buttermilk Blue
Roth Käse’s Buttermilk Blue is a bold blue cheese with a full-on blue aroma (from the mold), with a creamy texture and a tangy, but not biting, buttermilk flavor. It’s called Buttermilk Blue because it actually delivers a flavor of buttermilk. Serve any leftover cheese crumbled over a green salad or sliced tomatoes and red onions, a burger, steak or sandwich.
