Summer Gin Cocktail Recipes

Gin Drink + Fresh Fruit = Fresh Ideas

 

Summer can be tough: There are friends to see, beaches to visit and food to be grilled. All those tasks can be stressful, so so take the edge off with a gin drink—not the regular old vodka or rum cocktail. These summer gin cocktail recipes are courtesy of Martin Miller’s Gin.

Cocktail Menu

 

 

 

Aloha

  • 1 ounce gin
  • ½ ounce crème de cassis
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • Shake with ice and strain into a
    martini glass
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge

 

 

Aloha Cocktail

 

Gin Mojito

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice 
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Splash simple syrup
  • Apple juice
  • Muddle mint and sugar in glass; add everything else but the apple juice; fill with crushed ice; add the apple juice
  • Garnish with mint sprigs

 

 

 

Mojito

 

Melon-tini

  • 1 ounce gin                                  
  • 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur       
  • 1 ounce white cranberry juice      
  • Shake with ice and pour into a
    martini glass
  • Garnish with watermelon and
    honeydew melon balls arranged on a toothpick or a skewer

Soho Sunset

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce white peach liqueur
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • Shake with ice and strain into a
    chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with an orange wedge

 

 

Soho Sunset Cocktail

 

North Sea Breeze

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 ounces lychee juice
  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice
  • Garnish with a lime wedge

 

 


Very Berry Martini

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce crème de cassis
  • ½ ounce grenadine
  • Shake with ice and strain into a
    martini glass
  • Garnish with fresh berries on a
    skewer
