Cocoa Designs: Framboise Pralines
Handmade by a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, these French pralines and whole almonds are roasted and caramelized on the stovetop, then dipped in raspberry purée and dusted in fine cocoa powder. They are little bites of heaven!
