Mustard Serving Suggestions
What do you do with a mustard that’s a bit sweet, naturally spicy and infused with alcohol? Lots!
Mustard in general is a very versatile condiment. Try City Of Roses as a:
- Dip. With crudités, pretzels, chips.
- Condiment. With cheese, eggs, fish and seafood, meats. Don’t forget the brats!
- Glaze. Spread on proteins before broiling or grilling. The orange flavor of the Grand Marnier goes particularly well with ham, pork and poultry; all do well with salmon.
- Spread. Use instead of mustard or mayonnaise on sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers.
- Cold Sauce. Add to potato salad or other cold salads; to enliven salad dressings. Use instead of mayonnaise to make deviled eggs.
- Warm Sauce. Dilute with stock to create an instant sauce for almost anything you serve.
