The Miss Daisy

Perhaps the Miss Daisy should be called the Mademoiselle Daisy: Brie cheese, Dijon mustard and toasted brioche slices give this extravagant burger a French pedigree. In addition to “La Grande Mademoiselle Daisy,” consider making miniature “slider” versions as hor d’oeuvres at your next dinner party; guests are sure to exclaim, “oh la la!”

Ingredients

  • Brie cheese
  • Beef patty
  • Apple butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Spinach
  • Toasted brioche bread
    (sliced from loaf)
