Peaches, plums,  nectarines and apricots are versatile and delicious—they make excellent drinks, desserts and a multitude of savory dishes. This is Page 1 of a 5-page article. Click the black links below to view the other pages. On The Menu  Peach SangriaThis light and refreshing cocktail is sure to be a hit at your next summer party. Recipe yields 6 servings.  Ingredients 
    1 (750 ml)    bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc), chilled1 cup    white peach puree (about 2 medium peaches)1/2 cup peach    brandy2 tablespoons    sugar1 peach, pitted    and thinly sliced4 lime    slicesMint sprigs to    garnish Preparation 
  
    Stir together the wine, peach puree  and brandy in a large pitcher.
    			      Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add fruit slices, pressing against the side of the pitcher with a large spoon to release some of the juices.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
