Scarpetta Dip & Spread Flavors
The line is shelf stable, meaning that it does not require refrigeration until the jar is opened. It will keep on the shelf for 30 months; use it up within 7 to 10 days after opening.
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar and lactic acid (milk acid), which is found in sour milk products like yogurt and is used here as a natural preservative. There are no fillers; depending on the flavor, 71% to 96% of volume is pure vegetable.
