          1 ounce gin  ½ ounce crème de cassis  1 ounce pineapple juice Shake with ice and strain into amartini glass
 Garnish with a pineapple wedge      |  |

      | Gin Mojito
          2 ounces gin 1 ounce lime juice 8-10 mint leaves 1 teaspoon of sugar Splash simple syrup Apple juiceMuddle mint and sugar in glass; add 
                      everything else but the apple juice; 
                      fill with crushed ice; add the apple 
                      juiceGarnish with mint sprigs       |  |

            1 ounce gin                                   1 ounce Midori melon liqueur        1 ounce white cranberry juice       Shake with ice and pour into amartini glass
Garnish with watermelon andhoneydew melon balls arranged on
