The Baklava Goddess:
Sugar-Free Baklava
The Baklava Goddess makes a sugar-free version baklava with xylitol, which is a natural corn derivative available at health food stores. It caramelizes like sugar, and tasters couldn’t tell the difference between the sugar-free and the regular baklava made by the company (which uses a sugar syrup rather than honey on the regular product).
