Chocolate Bars:
75% Cacao Or Higher
If you need chocolate, make sure it's the highest in antioxidants and lowest in sugar. Look for chocolate made from Ecuadorian beans (specifically Arriba or Nacional). They have a naturally sweeter flavor than other cacao beans; so a 75% cacao may not seem as intense as it can with other beans. They also make portion-controlled squares.
