You don't have to be a great cook to impress your family and guests. You just have to know where to find great products, and great tableware to serve them on. That's why we love specialty foods. Photo courtesy of International Olive Oil Council USA.

Nibble Tip
Try new approaches with old favorites. Instead of tearing up romaine to toss for a Caesar salad, cut hearts of romaine in half. Give each person half a head. Shave large curls of Parmesan on top, and pour the dressing over it. Here, slices of garlic toast replace croutons. And since not everyone loves anchovies as much as we do, offer shredded prosciutto as an alternative. As you can see, it’s a handsome presentation.
