Gourmet Giveaway Contest Rules
By submitting your entry, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Gourmet Giveaway.
1. The Gourmet Giveaway is open to U.S. residents only. Employees of The Nibble and their families are not eligible to participate in this prize giveaway. Any suppliers of prizes are not eligible to participate in giveaways during the weeks that their products are offered as prizes.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Gourmet Giveaway.
4. Prizes are provided by third-party sponsors. Each prize period runs Monday through Sunday of the week it is announced. The Nibble is not responsible for delays in posting the Gourmet Giveaway, and can elect, at its discretion, to extend the closing date of any week’s Gourmet Giveaway.
5. A winner will be randomly selected from all those who answer the questions and submit their entries. Within two weeks following the close of each weekly survey, the winner will be contacted via the email address submitted by the winner. If the winner does not contact The Nibble to claim his or her prize by the date specified in the notification email from The Nibble, another winner will be chosen. If the email sent to the winner is returned to The Nibble as undeliverable, another winner will be chosen. Neither The Nibble nor the prize sponsor is responsible for email addresses that are submitted incorrectly or that are returned by an ISP as undeliverable for any reason whatsoever.
6. The prize must be delivered to the winner at a U.S. address and cannot be sent as a gift to a third party. The Nibble reserves the right to name the winner on TheNibble.com website and in its publicity materials.
7. The Nibble will not be held responsible for any human error or oversight, for entries not received due to service outages, for computer glitches or other technical problems, for difficulty accessing the Internet or for inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. The Nibble reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Gourmet Giveaway for any reason, including, but not limited to, viruses, computer bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical malfunction or any other reason. If the fairness, operation, integrity, or security of the Gourmet Giveaway is compromised, then cancellation of the Gourmet Giveaway will be immediate. If The Nibble deems it appropriate it will elect to award the giveaway prize to entrants in the system at the time of cancellation. Decisions of giveaways by The Nibble are final.
9. The Nibble and any suppliers of Gourmet Giveaway prizes are not responsible for the safe arrival of any prize. If a prize is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, another winner may be chosen at the option of the prize sponsor. Gourmet Giveaway prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The item specified for this Gourmet Giveaway will be the item the winner will receive; the prize cannot be exchanged for any other Giveaway merchandise or any other merchandise offered by the supplier of the prize, except under the following circumstances: (i) Should the advertised prize be unavailable at the time the prize is ready to be sent to the winner, the supplier reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal value. (ii) Should the supplier be unable to fulfill the prize for any business reason whatsoever, The Nibble will substitute a prize of equal value, which may or may not be in the same product category as the original prize.
