More Healthy Oatmeal: Feel Your Oats With Mad Hectic Oatmeal

CAPSULE REPORT: Mad Hectic Oatmeal is for people who don’t like a bowl of healthy oatmeal. And it’s for people who love it.

Many people just don’t like plain oatmeal, although they buy into its health benefits. That’s why the best-sellers include the fruit-flavored, sugary instant oatmeals.

Alas, those packets do not contain healthy food. They’re full of sugar, and many of the nutrients have been stripped in the processing.

Mad Hectic Oatmeal provides a solution. Improving on the concept of those instant oatmeals, Mad Hectic Oatmeal is flavored and alluring. But it’s also organic oatmeal mixed with nutritious whey protein powder and flaxseed meal with Omega-3 fatty acids and lignans (which have antioxidants and fiber).

Antioxidant, nutritious and heart-healthy sesame seeds are also added, topped off with whole freeze-dried berries, nuts and some cane sugar. It emerges hot from the microwave in just 60 seconds. That’s fast and tasty oat nutrition for your mad hectic life (and for you folks who have it easy, too).

Mad Hectic Oatmeal is more like hot pudding (think Indian pudding) than hot cereal. With fruit and nut combinations—and chocolate oatmeal—you’ll be feeling your oats soon after (translation: you’ll be energetic and playful).

Flavors include Almond Pecan, Raspberry Almond, Red Raspberry and Strawberry Pecan plus the very kid-friendly varieties: Chocolate Raspberry and French Chocolate. Read the full review below, including the health benefits of oatmeal, to see why you should make Mad Hectic Oatmeal part of your daily meal plan.

Mad Hectic Oatmeal Overview

Mad Hectic Oatmeal was developed by a woman who needed to change her eating plan for better nutrition. Beth Gallo sought “realistic ways to add specific, healthy ingredients” into her daily diet that were easy and quick to make, packed with nutrients and “great-tasting, too.”

She opined that the most logical place to make an easy and significant change in her diet was breakfast. Morning can be one of the most hectic times of the day and many breakfast choices are not the most nutritious. Or worse: Often, everyone races out the door in a different direction without breakfast, either missing the most important meal of the day or picking up the worst options (doughnuts and coffee may taste good, but a  healthy body needs something better).

So she started  on a journey to whip up an ideal breakfast food that her family would love, one that could be made in wink and even carried out the door. After several years, “Mad Hectic Oatmeal” was born.

Inside the package: the healthy mixture of freeze-dried berries, nuts, oats, protein powder and more.

Oatmeal is a great food with which to start the day (see the health benefits of oatmeal), but Mad Hectic Oatmeal is even better. Made of healthy, fiber-filled organic oatmeal, organic flaxseed meal, organic sesame seeds, freeze-dried fruit for sweetness and tree nuts for crunch, it has more protein, fiber and flavor than any regular oatmeal (17 grams of protein and 840 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids per serving).

Mad Hectic oatmeal is currently made in six flavors, half without nuts: Almond Pecan, Chocolate Raspberry, French Chocolate, Raspberry Almond, Red Raspberry and Strawberry Pecan. You can even enjoy them for dessert!

But first, head to Page 2 see how to start your day off with an oatmeal breakfast that is so tasty and crunchy, oatmeal avoiders may become converts. And it’s ready in 60 seconds!
