Nibble Tip
Some foods are too multi-purpose to confine just to one meal. The cubes of tofu at the right, drizzled with soy sauce and topped with seasoned nori flakes and sesame seeds, can be eaten for breakfast, served as an hors d’oeuvre with toothpicks, served as an individual appetizer or first course at lunch or dinner, or enjoyed as a snack anytime during the day. There is no such thing as “leftovers”—only a snack awaiting. And, might we add, at a mere 20 calories an ounce, one can enjoy a hefty four-ounce, protein-packed portion for just 80 calories. |
