Nibble Tip
One of our favorite breakfast spreads is goat cheese mixed with honey. Blend fresh goat cheese with honey to taste (you can use beaters on low for a whipped effect). Keep the mixture in an airtight container or a crock sealed with plastic wrap. It’s heavenly on toast, muffins, or bagels for breakfast; on crustless bread for tea sandwiches; and it makes an lovely canapé on crackers. For added excitement, use an infused honey, like Lavender, Chili, or Star Anise from Palette Fine Foods.
