Romanico’s: Miami Sushi Each handmade piece of this chocolate sushi confection mimics the shape and color of real sushi. The seaweed is chocolate; dried guava stands in for tuna, mango resembles salmon and ginger, papaya replaces salmon eggs, green-colored marzipan is the wasabi and crispy puffed rice is used instead of boiled rice.
