Finé Mineral Water

Ancient & Exceptionally Pure Volcanic Mineral Water from the Izu Peninsula of Japan

Fine water lovers will want to check out Finé, a natural still artesian water from Japan. It has distinctive yet subtle flavor due to its unique mineral composition and its pristine aquifer, located 2100 ft below the Fuji volcanic belt.

From its beginnings as rain water, Finé slowly makes its way through hundreds of meters of volcanic rock that act as a natural purifying filter. The volcanic rock and also imbues the water with a special blend of minerals that give it its distinct taste, before it comes to rest in the remote underground aquifer.

The Finé water bottled today is over a thousand years old and has never been in contact with man-made pollutants that can easily affect mineral waters from much shallower wells and springs. Finé offers drinking water in an unaltered state of purity, with absolutely nothing added and nothing removed.

With a stunning presentation modeled after Japanese saké bottles, Finé is a very exclusive and expensive water: $72 for a dozen bottles, compared to $48 for a case of Voss or $40 for Ty Nant. But for the connoisseur, it is a pleasure to drink; and for any consumer of mineral water, a gift of a case would we as well-received as a case of wine.
