Steel’s Butterscotch Sauce

We always approach sugar substitutes with caution, so we were delighted when we found this sugar-free, fat-free, reduced calorie butterscotch sauce from Steel’s.

It gives regular sauces a run for the money, whether on sundaes or other desserts like the poached pear at the left.

It also can be used in recipes, e.g. to make sticky buns or other baked goods.

The sauce heats up easily in the jar in the microwave, and there’s not much more to say except: buy it and try it!
