Cocktail Menu

La Poire Pair-tini

Why a “Pair-tini” instead of a “Peartini”? Because it’s better when shared between a pair of lovers!

Ingredients Per Cocktail

  • 1-1/2 parts pear vodka

  • 1 part Parfait Amour (a purple liqueur created from a Curaçao base)

  • 1-1/2 parts passion fruit pureé

  • 1 part lemon juice

  • 1/2 part simple syrup

  • Three raspberries

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.

  3. Strain into martini glass, garnish with raspberries and savor with your Valentine.
