Mediterranean Fig & Radicchio Salad
A perfect palate cleanser to finish off the meal, this salad incorporates fresh figs and Kalamata olives. If you can’t find fresh figs, you can substitute grapes or dried figs. Recipe yields 6-8 servings.
Ingredients
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss radicchio and frisée; then arrange on individual plates.

Top with figs, torn pieces of bread and large bits of cheese. Sprinkle with the chopped olives.

Drizzle with dressing. Serve.
