What About Bean Chips?
Beanitos, the original bean chip, is a hit with those in the know. The majority of our editorial team has been requesting that Beanitos be a Top Pick Of The Week since we first tasted them, in 2009. So (drumroll), today’s the day that that THE NIBBLE’s original review gets “promoted.”
They’re The “Good For You Chip”
If you’re not a Beanitos evangelist yet, take a look at these crunchy bean chips, which deliver protein, fiber, omega 3s and general bean nutrition. Another plus: Beanitos are certified low glycemic,* unlike the other chips we've listed above.
These healthful snack chips are made from nutritious beans and whole grain rice. They have all the crunch of corn chips and the flavor is bean-dip-as-a-chip.
They’re gluten-free, non-GMO and certified kosher by KOF-K. The ingredients are simple and wholesome: whole black beans, whole grain rice, pure vegetable oil and sea salt.
Four Flavors Of Bean Chips
Enjoy your Beanitos in Black Bean, Black Bean Chipotle BBQ, Pinto Bean & Flax and Pinto Bean & Flax Cheddar Cheese. All flavors are available in both the 6-ounce size and the 1.25-ounce snack size.
Whether for snacking from the bag, dipping, making nachos or serving with light meals (salads, soups and sandwiches), you’ll find that the Beanitos bean chips are ... beanificent.
