Built Burgers: Lamb & Pork Varieties
We already loved lamb burgers before we tried Built Burger’s; and now we’re addicted to the BBQ Pork Burger.
- Delightful Potsticker Burger: natural pork, wild prawns, ginger and soy sauce. OMG, one of our favorite foods, potstickers, combined into a surf-and-turf burger. It tastes exactly like eating a potsticker and a burger at once (and in fact, that’s just what you’re doing, minus the dumpling shell).
- Luxe Italian Burger: a mix of meats, all- natural beef, pork and veal, with sauteed carrots and toasted pine nuts. This mix is currently out of stock so we weren’t able to try it; but we hope it’s back for our next order.
- Thrill BBQ Pork Burger: all-natural BBQ pork, roasted red peppers and those divine caramelized onions. Yes, we’re thrilled.

Built Burgers: Chicken & Turkey Varieties
If you don’t eat red meat, Built Burger has created chicken and turkey burgers so flavorful, that even beef eaters would switch:
- Utopia Chicken Burger: all natural chicken panko,* shallot, cilantro, mint, lime juice, fish sauce, rice powder and chili flakes. *Panko is the Japanese term for bread crumbs. Panko are lighter, crispier and crunchier than Western bread crumbs—we’ve switched to them exclusively for breading, crab cakes and other recipes. You can find them in supermarkets and in Asian groceries.
