Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip

Whip this up for guests at a moment’s notice, then sit back and savor the compliments.


  • 1 can Miller’s Select Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 can Miller’s Select Claw Crab Meat or White Crab Meat
  • 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Carefully fold crab meat into the other ingredients, taking care not to shred the crab.
  3. Spread mixture into a lightly buttered glass pie dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crusty rounds of fresh bread.
