Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip
Whip this up for guests at a moment’s notice, then sit back and savor the compliments.
Ingredients
- 1 can Miller’s Select Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 1 can Miller’s Select Claw Crab Meat or White Crab Meat
- 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Carefully fold crab meat into the other ingredients, taking care not to shred the crab.
- Spread mixture into a lightly buttered glass pie dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crusty rounds of fresh bread.
