Healthy Sweet Snacks

Bare Fruit:
Organic Dried Fruit Chips

These dried apple chips don’t look as glamorous as a ripe, red apple, but they’re as delicious as a fresh apple (or pear or mango, and way better than some tasteless pieces of fresh fruit). We became instant converts. Read our review of Bare Fruit.

Peeled Snacks:
Fruit & Nut Mixes

One of our favorite healthy snacks, we can’t resist these moist fruits and crunchy nuts—kept moist and crunchy, respectively, by ingenious packaging. Read our review of Peeled Snacks, a NIBBLE Top Pick Of The Week.

Bing Bing Cherry

Stoneridge Orchards:
Gourmet Dried Fruits

These gourmet dried fruits are infused with a bit of sugar, making them a solution for a sweet tooth that’s much more nutritious than candy. In fact, they won an award from the National Nutritional Food Association. Read our review of Stoneridge Orchards Dried Fruits, a NIBBLE Top Pick Of The Week.

Chocolate Bars:
75% Cacao Or Higher

If you need chocolate, make sure it's the highest in antioxidants and lowest in sugar. Look for chocolate made from Ecuadorian beans (specifically Arriba or Nacional). They have a naturally sweeter flavor than other cacao beans; so a 75% cacao may not seem as intense as it can with other beans. They also make portion-controlled squares. Read our review of the best 70%, 75% and &5% cacao chocolate bars.
