Varieties Of Biscoffee
Organic, Fair Trade coffee and shortbread combine to please in three varieties. The beans are blended deftly to create distinct flavor profiles. Enjoy the aroma of coffee and the aroma of buttery shortbread in one lovely cookie.
- Cappuccino Coffee Shortbread. Nonfat milk is added to the recipe to create that milky light cappuccino experience. The coffees are from Mexico and Peru. So nicely delicate, kids would enjoy these as well as adults.
- Espresso Coffee Shortbread. No surprise, this cookie has the strongest tasting coffee flavor, but “strong” is a relative word. The cookie is still elegant. The beans are a blend from Brazil, Ethiopia, Mexico and Peru.
- Mocha Coffee Shortbread. Organic cocoa powder and the coffee unite to create mocha shortbread. The coffee is a blend of beans from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico and Peru.
