Crab & Fruit Salad
This crab salad makes a deliciously light luncheon entree or an impressive side dish, perfect for your next barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 can Miller’s Select Jumbo Lump Crab Meat or Backfin Lump Crab Meat
- 1 medium grapefruit
- 1 large navel orange
- 1 cup halved green seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup celery, finely minced
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
- Baby romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Peel and section grapefruit and orange; cut into bite-sized pieces. Add grapes, celery, and almonds.
- Gently toss with cram meat and dressing.
- Combine all ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.
