You can experiment with other teas (including red tea and fruity teas like lemon and mango) and types of fruit, as well as other seafood, throughout the year. Use a better-quality peach preserves. They’re made with more fruit and less sugar, so your dish will be fruitier, less sugary.  Serves 4. Ingredients Super Spice Grill Blend 
  2 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 teaspoons garlic powder2 teaspoons rosemary leaves, crushed2 teaspoons thyme leaves1 teaspoon oregano leaves1 teaspoon ground sea salt1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper Grilled Shrimp With Green Tea & Peach Marinade 
  1 tablespoon Super Spice Grill Blend (above) 1/4 cup strong brewed green tea2 tablespoons peach preserves2 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 to 1-1/4 pounds uncooked shrimp Preparation 
  Mix all marinade ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for basting. Place shrimp in large re-sealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.Refrigerate 1 to 1-1/2 hours (the longer it marinates, the stronger the flavor will be). Remove shrimp from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink.
