Garlic Spread Flavors
We love all the flavors of Frieda’s Garlic Delight. The all-natural, dairy-free, whipped garlic spread is made from just four simple ingredients (fresh garlic, heart-healthy canola oil, lemon juice and salt), plus, as appropriate fruit (technically, chiles, olives and tomatoes are all fruits).
- Original Frieda’s Garlic Delight
This one’s for the purists: fresh garlic flavor, as if it were just puréed.
- Chipotle Frieda’s Garlic Delight
Some like it hot...but those who don’t shouldn’t be dissuaded from this Chipotle.
The kick was just right for the gringo in us.
- Green Olive Frieda’s Garlic Delight
Oh, live it up. Olive and garlic dance divinely in this one.
- Sun Dried Tomato Frieda’s Garlic Delight
Sundried tomato (as we spell it at THE NIBBLE) is a strong flavor, and gives the garlic a run for its money. For folks who love sundried tomatoes prefer the garlic in the background.

And now, what to serve with all this Delight?
Who needs ketchup? Spread some Frieda’s garlic
delight on top of that tomato, and use it as a dip
for the fries. The garlic goes great with the Comté
cheese (a.k.a. Gruyère de Comté), produced in
France since the time of Charlemagne. |
Serving Suggestions
This non-dairy spread is a boon for the lactose intolerant...for the vegan...for everyone!
- Bread Spread
Try it with toast and bagels, make garlic bread
and croutons.
- Butter & Oil Substitute
Serve it with the bread basket, use it to
pan fry or sauté. Use it to make eggs and omelets.
- Dip
Add a garlicky spin to bread sticks, chips, crudités (raw veggies), pretzels, anything that needs to be dipped.
- Sauce
Enliven any savory sauce; toss with pasta for a nice, garlicky sauce; serve with seafood.
- Seasoning
Flavor marinades and sauces, soups and stews. Slide some under the skin of a chicken before roasting, put a pat on top of steaks or seafood as a finishing touch.
- Spread & Mayo Substitute
On sandwiches and burgers and wraps; in deviled eggs; on canapes.
