Richart: Chocomacs Macarons
We fudged (pun intended) on just one thing: Richart’s Chocomacs, macarons filled with a scoop of ganache and topped with a thin disc of decorated chocolate. It’s an innovation that couldn’t be more delightful: macaron, truffle  and chocolate combined into one delicious confection. The chocolate is such a sliver that it made it onto the non-chocolate candy list. Boxes range from $25.00 to $67.00 at Richart-Chocolates.com.
Richart, one of the world’s great chocolatiers, was a previous NIBBLE Top Pick Of The Week for its beautiful bonbons.

No, it isn’t chocolate candy: It’s macarons topped with a ball of ganache and the thinnest wafer of chocolate. Chocomac photos courtesy Richart.
