Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away were we actually content to serve blue taco chips and bean dip...a Brie with currant jelly and almond glaze, or (horrors!) cocktail franks and honey mustard, and think we were presenting our guests with a special treat?

Nibble Tip

How many hors d’oeuvres do you need to plan per person for cocktails if you’re serving dinner afterward? What if it’s a cocktail party with no dinner to follow?
