Levity Gourmet Marshmallows
Nice assortments are offered here. While I tasted too many marshmallows to describe them all, those I liked best were the Peppermint Bark and the Chocolate Orange Spice. The former have a minty aroma and modest mint flavor, with chocolate chips in the marshmallow and tiny little candy-cane-shaped candies all over their tops. You get good textural contrast and a chocolate “hit” to complement the modestly minty marshmallow.
The Chocolate Orange Spice are a great idea. These are orange marshmallows with chocolate chips and an appealing “holiday” aroma. There’s a mild orange flavor with a taste of sweet spices, all interspersed with chocolate. I also tried the Coffee Caramel Swirl (if Levity ever gets the balance of coffee and caramel right, this marshmallow will go out and conquer the world), Vanilla, Peanut Butter Crunch, Mint, Toasted Coconut, S’Mores, Eggnog and Gingerbread.

Somebody here understands the buying habits of Americans, because all of these marshmallows are nicely decorated and attractively packaged. The Mellow Mocha, topped with a chocolate coffee bean, have a strong coffee aroma, and the combination of coffee marshmallow and chocolate coffee bean is a time-honored one.
The Ultimate Vanilla Marshmallow had a decent vanilla flavor. I do not care for the raspberry extract used here, so, unhappily, the Raspberry Drizzle, with a handsome chocolate drizzle atop the mallow, and the Chocolate Raspberry Espresso flavor, a pretty, chocolate-hued marshmallow topped with mini chips, didn’t work for me in the flavor department.
The Cinnamon Joe’s blend of coffee and cinnamon was good. And, although I liked the dot design that garnished the marshmallow, the Mint Café’s mix of peppermint and coffee wasn’t my favorite. The Pumpkin Spice Latte’s flavor blend also didn’t appeal to me.
