I tasted only the Chocolate Chip marshmallow from this company. These are medium-to-large white marshmallows, covered in cocoa, with mini chips top and bottom to provide a decent hit of chocolate. Sugarbird Sweets & Teas

Moderately tender marshmallows of medium size. You can see the zest in the Meyer Lemon Vanilla variety, but the immediate and strongest aroma and flavor that hits is that of honey. There’s some lemon flavor (I didn’t detect any vanilla), but the honey taste lingers longer. The Chocolate Marshmallows, slightly more tender, do have some chocolate taste, but the dominant flavor is, again, that of honey.

Very-Confectionate Gourmet Marshmallows

Again, I tried too many varieties here to describe them all completely. These are medium to large marshmallows in a great range of flavors and hues. I liked the Vanilla here, as well as the eye-popping coloring of the Cotton Candy Marshmallow (in pink and blue swirls). Lamentably, the artificial flavorings used didn’t appeal to me. Additional flavors available include Chocolate Chip, Peach, Raspberry, Hazelnut, Piña Colada, Banana, Root Beer, Orange, Peppermint, Cherry, Watermelon, Mint Chocolate Chip, Coconut (a blue marshmallow), Sour Green Apple and Key Lime.
