Three Tarts Marshmallows
Favorite flavors: Mango, Espresso.
The medium-pale-yellow Mango had a good aroma of that fruit, and an even better mango taste, with a slight tart component to it. The Espresso Marshmallows were a pale color (almost eggshell), but they had a strong coffee aroma with an equally and delightfully strong espresso flavor.
Also tasted: Vanilla Bean, Raspberry, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Rosemary Chocolate.

Very Prairie
Favorite flavors: Double Chocolate, Double Vanilla.
Hands down, the Double Chocolate were the most intensely chocolate marshmallows I tried. Tender, smallish squares, with a deep chocolate color to match their taste. Fabulous! The Double Vanilla are equally tender and delicate, with an intense vanilla aroma and flavor.

Whimsy & Spice
Favorite flavors: Caramel, Cardamom.
The Caramel Marshmallows taste like the top of a good crème brûlée. There’s a strong caramelized flavor in a tender marshmallow, which was as delicious as it was unexpected. The Cardamom greets you with a mildly spicy aroma and a flavor that will remind you of a December holiday.
Also tasted: Maple, Chocolate, Rose-Vanilla.
