Favorite flavor: Coffee.

The color of a very pale café au lait, these mallows had a noticeable coffee aroma and a wonderful coffee flavor, one that you could taste but which didn’t overwhelm you. Tender marshmallow. Lovely.

As a general point-of-view, Sweet Purrfection has a milder fruit flavor profile than the other favorite brands. So if you prefer a more subtle flavor in your marshmallows, these are it.

Favorite flavors: Coconut, Coffee.

The large Coconut marshmallows are very tender. Toasted coconut coats the exterior, adding to their good looks. They have a good coconut flavor and nice textural contrast, the latter in part because the mallows themselves are so delicately textured. The Coffee are also large confections, and just as tender as the Coconut. They have a little swirl of chocolate on their tops, but the flavor is all coffee. Although slight initially, the coffee taste grows in intensity as you chew, and there’s even a hint of coffee bitterness at the end. Although I’m not normally a big fan of bitter flavors, it works very well here. How about one of these on a warm brownie?
